Josef Daldrup (Chairman of the Supervisory Board)

Josef Daldrup (born in 1953) studied at the Minden University of Applied Sciences after an apprenticeship as a plumber for heating and sanitary installations and the subsequent vocational baccalaureate in water management. Later he trained as a well builder and sanitary master. In 1972 he joined his father's company, the Karl Daldrup GmbH.

In 1997 Josef Daldrup took over the management of the company. Since the foundation of Daldrup & Söhne AG in 2001, Josef Daldrup was chairman of the company's board of directors. Since the IPO in November 2007 he was responsible for the departments Strategy, Key Accounts, Communication, Human Resources and Legal Affairs.

Josef Daldrup is not a member of any other statutory supervisory boards or other comparable domestic or foreign supervisory bodies. An up-to-date overview is provided in the notes to the annual consolidated financial statements and half-year consolidated financial statements.

Josef Daldrup wurde von der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung am 27. August 2020 bis zum Ende der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung im Jahr 2022 zum Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats gewählt. In seiner konstituierenden Sitzung am 27. August 2020 hat der Aufsichtsrat Herrn Josef Daldrup zum Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden gewählt.

Heinrich Goßheger

After training as a banker, Heinrich Goßheger worked at Sparkasse Münster from 1966 to 1969. In 1972, he completed his training as a savings bank business economist at the Rheinische Sparkassenakademie in Düsseldorf. Until 1985 he worked at savings banks in the Rhine-Ruhr area and in Lüneburg in various responsible positions. In 1986 he became Chairman of the Board of Stadtsparkasse Dülmen, which he led for a decade and which merged with Sparkasse Coesfeld in the mid-1990s. From 1997 to 2007 he was Chairman of the Board of Erfurt Bank eG and was involved in various committees and advisory boards at state and regional level. For example, he was on the advisory board of the ECB Saxony-Thuringia, Vice President of the Erfurt Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a member of the advisory board of the savings banks' state building societies. Today Heinrich Goßheger is a retired bank director.

Heinrich Goßheger was elected as a member of the Supervisory Board by the Annual General Meeting on 25 August 2022 until the end of the Annual General Meeting in 2027.

Wolfgang Bosbach

Wolfgang Bosbach (born 1952) trained as a retail salesman in 1968 after his secondary school leaving certificate and managed a COOP West supermarket from 1972 to 1974. In 1977, he successfully completed training as a state-certified business economist at the Rheinische Akademie in Cologne.

In 1979, he completed his secondary education with the Abitur. Afterwards, Wolfgang Bosbach studied law at the University of Cologne. In 1988 he passed the first and in 1991 the second state law examinations. He was admitted to the bar in 1991 and joined the law firm Winter Rechtsanwälte und Steuerberater, Bergisch Gladbach.

Wolfgang Bosbach has been politically active since 1972. In 1994 and 1998 he entered the German Bundestag as a directly elected Member of Parliament for the constituency Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis I and from 2002 to 2013 for the constituency Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis. From February 2000 to November 2009, he was Deputy Chairman of the CDU parliamentary group in the Bundestag. From November 2009 to September 2015, he was Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on the Interior. In autumn 2017, Wolfgang Bosbach retired from politics.

Dr Michaela Daldrup-Arnold (born 1991) studied Business and Economics at the University of Witten/Herdecke after graduating from high school. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in 2014. In 2015, Ms Daldrup-Arnold completed a Master's degree in International Business (MLitt) at the University of St Andrews in Scotland. She then wrote her dissertation on "Psychological Ownership in Family Business" at Witten/Herdecke University, which she completed in 2018 with her doctorate (Dr. rer. pol.). Alongside her studies and dissertation, Dr Michaela Daldrup-Arnold worked in various medium-sized companies in the energy sector and auditing, including at Daldrup & Söhne AG as a working student in renewable energies. Since 2019, she has been a Capital Markets Project Manager at Deutsche Börse AG in Eschborn near Frankfurt.
